CROCK POT APPLE BUTTER 
12 lg. apples, cooked & strained, or 3 qts. applesauce
1 qt. apple cider or juice
3 c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice

Cover and cook on the low setting for 12 to 15 hours, or until the mixture reaches the consistency which you desire. Yields: 2 to 3 quarts.
