LEMON CHICKEN 
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 boneless chicken breasts
Seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. olive oil
1/3 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. dry white wine
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. grated Parmesan

Stir together milk, egg, salt, pepper and garlic. Pound chicken to flatten, then dip in egg mixture and bread crumbs. Cook chicken in olive oil over medium heat until golden. Drain on paper towel and place in baking dish.

In small bowl, mix broth, wine and lemon. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
