CHEESY HAM QUICHE 
9 inch pie plate
Pie crust
1 c. diced ham (canned like tuna)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 c. half and half
Pepper

Bake pie shell at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Remove and prick with fork. Bake 5 minutes longer. Let cool. Place ham in pastry shell and top with cheese. Beat eggs and stir in half and half and pepper. Pour over cheese and ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm. You can substitute tuna, or canned chicken for the ham. Very easy and good.
