WALKING TACO 
1 lg. can refried beans
2 lg. avocados, mashed
3/4 lg. carton sour cream
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
2 or 3 firm tomatoes, seeded
12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

On a large serving platter, layer the above ingredients in the order given. Best if made 2 or 3 hours ahead of serving time and refrigerated "to mellow". Serve with round corn tortilla chips such as Tostitos!
