SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk (sour milk)
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
6 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water and add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Place in covered bowl and refrigerate. No need to let rise before baking. Roll out dough as you do biscuits. Keep 1 week in refrigerator. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
