HOT CHEESE DIP 
1 stick butter
1 lg. or 2 med. chopped onions
2 lb. processed cheese
1 can hot enchilada sauce (Old El Paso brand)
1 can green chilies (Old El Paso brand)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute onions in butter. Add hot sauce and chilies; simmer a few minutes. Add cut up cheese and stir until melted. Add Worcestershire sauce and serve hot, or pour into big bowl. Keep stirring occasionally until cool to avoid crust forming on top. Put into jars and refrigerate. Will last indefinitely in refrigerator. Can be heated later if desired to serve hot.
