MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1/4 tsp. salt
1 onion
1 green pepper
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 (7 oz.) bag Dorito Tortilla Chips
Hot sauce
1 (8 oz.) Italian dressing

Brown ground beef and add drained kidney beans and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes. Chop onion, green pepper and toss with cheese and Italian dressing. Add this to the ground beef mixture. Decorate with crushed tortilla chips, tomatoes and cheese. Use hot sauce to taste.
