EASY SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion (more if desired)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients, except oil. Form in 1 inch balls. Brown on all sides in oil. Place in casserole. Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with one soup can of water. Mix well and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over hot noodles.
