EASY LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Dash of salt

Sift flour and sugar into bowl. Blend in butter with fingertips until well mixed. Pat evenly into an 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Beat together eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and salt. Pour over the baked crust and return it to oven for 20 to 25 minutes longer. Cool on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut in squares.
