Ripe Jersey tomatoes, cut in chunks
Cubed Mozzarella
Sliced red onion
Olive oil
Vinegar
Garlic powder
Salt, pepper
Oregano
Sugar

Mix oil, vinegar and seasonings. Pour over tomatoes, Mozzarella and onions. Mix together.
