CHERRY CHEESE CAKE 
1 box yellow Jiffy cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 can cherry pie filling
Cool Whip
Pecans

Mix Jiffy cake mix according to directions given on package. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cool.

Mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the milk; set aside. Mix the vanilla pudding with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of milk. Add this to the cream cheese mixture. Mix and put on top of cooled cake. Place the cherries on top of this. Garnish with whipped cream and pecans when served. Keep refrigerated.
