BUTTER BAKED CHICKEN 
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. flour (put flour in plastic bag)
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
Pepper to taste
6 or 8 chicken parts or 1 whole chicken, cut up

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash chicken and dip in milk, place in bag with flour, shake until well covered. Melt 1 stick butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place chicken skin side down and bake 30 minutes.

Mix together: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. water

Remove chicken from oven and turn over. Pour soup mixture around chicken and bake an additional 30 minutes.
