CHILI SAUCE 
1 peck ripe tomatoes, cut up fine
1 c. onions, ground
1 c. celery or celery seed (substitute)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. mustard seed
1/2 c. red pepper, ground
1 c. cold vinegar (not white)

Cut up all ingredients fine and cook 10-15 minutes. Pack in jar hot, seal tightly.
