CHERRY TOMATOES WITH CRAB MEAT 
Cherry tomatoes
8 oz. can crab meat
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, grated
1 garlic bud, pressed
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. coffee cream
2 shakes Tabasco sauce
Green olives

Cut hole in top of cherry tomato and remove insides. Clean crab meat. Saute butter, onion, grated garlic on low heat until blended. Remove from heat and add mayonnaise, lemon juice, coffee cream, crab meat and Tabasco sauce. If mixture is too thick, add 1 more tablespoon coffee cream. Fill tomatoes, pile high, place 1/2 olive on top.

If serving hot, mix 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over top of filled tomatoes. Place under broiler 1 to 2 minutes until bread crumbs are lightly browned.
