CHOW MEIN COOKIES 
12 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanuts (ground up)
1 lg. can chow mein noodles

Melt chips in saucepan, stirring continually over low heat. Remove from heat, add noodles and coat well. Add nuts. Drop on waxed paper and cool.

OPTIONAL: Peanut butter can be used instead of peanuts and omitting chocolate chips.
