CORNED BEEF PIE 
Potatoes
Sauce
1 can corned beef

Dice (bite size) 2 1/4 cups potatoes. Cover with water, season and cook until tender.

SAUCE: Saute 1/4 medium onion in 3 tablespoons shortening. Blend in 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper to taste. Add 3/4 cup liquid from potatoes or hot water. Cook one minute, stirring constantly. Add 1 1/4 cups Pet milk. Add 1 cup grated cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.

Alternate layers of potatoes, corned beef, sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven until thoroughly heated.
