FROZEN MINT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
1 pkg. Kraft's Butter Mints, crushed
2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Do not add water to Jello, add dry. Mix Jello, pineapple and marshmallows. Place in refrigerator overnight. The next day add crushed mints to Jello mixture. Fold into whipping cream. Put into 2 (8x8) dishes and freeze. 12 servings.
