SUNSHINE CAKE

1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix

Bake as directed in long pan.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Combine and cook at a boil for 3 minutes. Spread over warm cake.

Mix:

1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding

Spread over pineapple.

Spread:

1 lg. bowl Cool Whip over pudding

Sprinkle:

1 (7 oz.) can or pack of coconut over Cool Whip

Put pecans and cherries on top if desired. Refrigerate overnight.
