PUFF PASTRY WITH CAVIAR 
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
Sour cream
Red caviar
Chopped chives

When pastry sheet is thawed enough to handle, cut 10 star or round shapes with a cookie cutter. Bake pastry on a cookie sheet according to directions on package. When pastry is puffed and brown, remove from oven.

Cut each shape in half horizontally with a sharp knife. Top each with a generous amount of sour cream, a small amount of caviar and a sprinkling of chives. Makes 20 appetizers.
