AMANDA'S SEAFOOD SALAD | |
Salad: 1 pkg. frozen salad shrimp 1 or 2 pkg. imitation crab 1 or 2 pkg. imitation lobster 1 pkg. tiny shell macaroni 1 bunch green onions Dressing: 1 c. Hellmann's mayo 1 tbsp. garlic salt 1 or 2 tbsp. lemon juice to taste milk Dressing: Mix together. Add enough milk to thin to desired consistency. If too thin, add more mayo. Cook macaroni, drain and cool completely. Wash and dice green onions and green onion tops. Wash and thaw frozen shrimp in cold water. Drain completely. Unwrap crab from package. Slice in 1/4-inch slices. Unwrap half the crab slices so that they are long strips for texture. Leave the other half as it was. Cut into cubes for different texture and appearance. Unwrap lobster and cut into thin slices. Mix all salad ingredients together in a large bowl and pour dressing over. Mix well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve cold. |
