WATERGATE SALAD | |
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all) 1 box pistachio pudding 9 oz. Cool Whip 3 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. chopped nuts (opt.) 3 or 4 maraschino cherries Sprinkle the dry pistachio pudding mix over the crushed pineapple, juice and all. Stir. Add the Cool Whip, coconut and marshmallows. If it is too runny, add a few more marshmallows. Add nuts here if you use them. Then spread the top of the dish with Cool Whip and coconut and cut a few maraschino cherries to decorate. Serves 24. |
