PRETZEL JELLO SALAD | |
2 c. crushed pretzels 3/4 c. melted butter 3 tbsp. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip 6 oz. strawberry Jello 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries Mix and press first 3 ingredients in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool well. Cream sugar and cheese together. Fold in 8 oz. Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel layer. Add 2 cups boiling water to the 6 oz. strawberry Jello. Add 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries. DO NOT thaw strawberries. Mix and stand 10 minutes. Spread on top. Refrigerate. |
