COLD NACHO DIP 
16 oz. sour cream
1 packet powdered taco seasoning
3 scallions, chopped
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 med. tomato, chopped
1 (8 oz.) shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack or taco cheese

Mix sour cream with the powdered taco mix. Mix scallions, olives and tomato together. Spread on top of the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle the top of the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese, and refrigerate.

Serves 8 to 10.
