BEAN BURGERS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
Cheese
1 onion
2 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste
1 lg. pork & beans
Hamburger buns

Saute onions and pepper in butter; add meat, salt and brown. Drain. Add ketchup, beans and mustard. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve on open face hamburger buns with cheese.
