SPARE RIBS 
3 lbs. ribs
1 med. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
Green pepper

Make the sauce in a blender. Cook the ribs for 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and add the sauce. Cook for 2 hours, basting frequently.
