MEXICAN MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. white sauce
1/2 c. salsa
4 c. cooked macaroni

Add cheese to white sauce and cook over low heat until cheese melts and is smooth. Stir in salsa. Add macaroni and stir to coat. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until heated.
