MACARONI SALAD 
12 oz. macaroni, 3 c. uncooked
1 med. onion, chopped small
1 grated carrot
1 med. green pepper, chopped
Celery
1 c. mayonnaise
6 oz. evap. milk
Scant cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed if not using chopped celery

Combine the dressing with the first five ingredinets. Will seem thin, but will thicken when stored over night.
