CAN CAN CHICKEN 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
1 can boned chicken or 1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 can chow mein noodles or 1 can French fried onion rings (optional)
1 1/2 c. Minute rice

Combine all ingredients except noodles or onion rings in a large skillet. Stir to mix. Bring quickly to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes. Remove from heat; stir. Serve with the noodles. 4 to 6 servings.
