DEEP DISH BISCUIT PIZZA 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown 1 1/2 pounds ground beef with 1/2 cup chopped onion; drain.

Stir in 6 ounces can tomato paste, 2 ounces can undrained mushrooms stems and pieces, 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper; simmer.

Press 10 Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits into greased 9-inch pie pan to form crust.

Spoon meat mixture into crust.

Sprinkle with 1 cup or more Mozzarella or cheddar cheese.

Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Refrigerate any leftovers. Serves 5-6.
