HARVEST HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
2 to 3 c. sliced raw potatoes
3 to 4 carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown hamburger and drain. Peel and slice 2 to 3 cups of raw potatoes and 3 to 4 carrots. Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until vegetables are done. Can be doubled for "harvest crew".
