POTATO PUFFS 
8-10 lg. potatoes
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 egg whites

Boil, peel, and mash potatoes. Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, onion, egg yolks and melted butter into mashed potatoes. Bake in a casserole dish. Drizzle a little butter on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
