FROZEN LIME MINT SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
13 oz. pkg. lime Jello
3 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. butter mints, crushed
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Combine first 4 ingredients and chill. When cold, fold in Cool Whip and spoon into 9 x 13 inch dish. Cover and freeze. Serve frozen.
