CORN BEEF SALAD 
2 pkg. lemon Jello, sm.
1 c. cooked peas
1 sm. pepper, cut fine
1 c. butter
2 c. boiling water
1 c. celery, cut fine
1 sm. onion, minced
1 can corn beef (sq. can)

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add all other ingredients. Pour into greased rectangle pan or mold. Chill overnight.
