MOCHA CLUSTERS 
1 c. semi sweet chocolate pieces
1/3 c. butter
18 lg. marshmallows
1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
2 c. salted peanuts

Place chocolate pieces in 2-quart glass casserole. Microwave on medium for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted. Add butter and marshmallows. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes longer. Stir until smooth. Add coffee granules. Stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
