CHOCOLATE CHIP COMPANY PIE 
9 inch unbaked pastry shell
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. bourbon (opt.)

Beat eggs at high speed with mixer. Gradually beat in sugar. With mixer on low, add flour and butter. Stir in chips, pecans, vanilla and bourbon. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
