CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. corn starch
1/2 to 1 c. pecans
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips

In small mixing bowl, beat eggs. Gradually add melted butter and vanilla. Mix well. Blend in corn starch. Stir in chopped pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool for 1 hour and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
