CHICKEN BREAST DELIGHT 
Pound chicken breasts flat.

FILLING:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 - 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 green onions (chopped fine)
1 can green chilies

Cream mixture and fill each breast. Roll and secure with toothpick. Mix 2 cups crushed cheese NIP crackers with 1 package of taco seasoning. Dip chicken in milk and roll in cracker and taco mixture. Bake at 325 degrees or until done.
