SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together and pour into greased 2 quart casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans

Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
