QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 (9") pie crust
2 tbsp. butter, melted
5 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & well drained
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 oz. cooked ham, minced
2 eggs
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Brush pie crust lightly with butter. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl with fork, stir broccoli, Swiss cheese and ham until mixed. In another bowl mix with wire whisk or fork the eggs, whipping cream and salt until well blended. Mix together all ingredients and pour into crust. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center of quiche comes out clean. Serves 4.
