CHICKEN PIE 
4 split breast
1 can celery soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can chicken broth (I use broth from cooked chicken)
1 can Leseur peas
1 potato, cubed
1 onion, chopped

Cook chicken and debone. Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add potato and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix soups and broth. Pour over chicken; do not mix. Mix 1 cup Bisquick, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 cup milk; pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown. Can adjust vegetables to suit taste. Bell peppers, pimento, carrots, parsley flakes, etc.
