CHICKEN WITH SOUR CREAM OR
YOGURT
 
4 pieces of chicken
1 tsp. oil
1 sm. onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. white wine or chicken broth
1/2 c. yogurt or sour cream

Lightly flour chicken. Brown in the oil. Add onion slices to chicken, stirring constantly until onions are soft. Add wine or broth, cover and simmer 25 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in yogurt or sour cream and serve immediately.
