WILLY'S CHILI 
4 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 med. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 pkg. lean hamburger (2 1/2 lb.)
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin
1 can stewed tomatoes (cut into sm. pieces)
1/4 stick pepperoni, cubed

In a large skillet brown hamburger and drain. Saute onion and pepper until tender. Put all ingredients into a crock pot and mix. Simmer on low for about 4 hours. For variety you can add sausage or if you like it hot add crushed red pepper to taste. Excellent made with venison hamburger.
