DISAPPEARING MARSHMALLOW
BROWNIES
 
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Melt butterscotch chips and butter, then cool slightly. Stir in flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and egg. Fold into batter the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts. Spread in a greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
