1 1/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs 6 tbsp. butter, melted 1/4 c. sugar Combine and mix well. Press on bottom and sides of pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Cool. 2 egg yolks 1 sm. box vanilla pudding 1 c. tiny marshmallows 3 (3/4 oz.) milk chocolate candy bars, broken in pieces Combine beaten eggs with milk and add to pudding mix. Cook according to package directions. Cover with wax paper and cool. Place marshmallows over crust and top with chocolate pieces. Spoon cooled pudding evenly over chocolate. Top with marshmallow meringue. Pinch salt 1 c. marshmallow creme Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add marshmallow creme beating until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie filling, sealing edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned. |
