VIENNA COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
4 tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. raspberry jam
1/2 c. apricot jam
3/4 c. sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and flour, gradually. Form 1 inch balls with dough and gently press your thumb in the center to leave a small space for the jam. Bake without jam for 30 minutes at 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheets. While warm roll balls in 3/4 cup sugar. Cool. Fill holes with assorted jams.
