WATERMELON RIND ROLLUPS | |
1 container (jar or can) pickled watermelon 1/2 lb. lean bacon Toothpicks Cut pickled watermelon into small bite-sized pieces. Cut bacon strips into lengths suitable to wrap watermelon pieces. Wrap melon with bacon and secure with toothpick. Broil or microwave until bacon is cooked. Serve while warm. |
