EASY BROCCOLI QUICHE 
2 c. finely chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded colby cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. biscuit mix
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook broccoli covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 10 minutes, drain. Place broccoli in a lightly greased 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with green pepper, onion and cheese; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in container of electric blender. Blend for 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour over broccoli mixture; bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings.
