HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE PUDDING 
1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
3/4 c. Heublein Pina Colada
3/4 c. milk
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

In 2 quart saucepan, combine pudding mix, Pina Colada and milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture just begins to boil. Remove from heat. Fold in egg whites and pineapple. Chill. Garnish with orange segments, nuts and toasted coconut. Serves 6.
