2 to 3 pounds London Broil, marinate in favorite marinade mixture for 6 hours, maximum 24 hours. Turn London Broil approximately 8 times during marinating and prick with fork in several spots each time turned. In saute pan boil until tender, 2 green pepper, washed, de-seeded and diced, 1 large or 2 small onions, peeled and diced, 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. When tender drain and set aside. Charcoal grill London Broil until rare (medium if preferred). Place charcoal grilled London Broil in baking dish then layer with pepper and onion mixture, 1 cup Italian sauce, grated Mozzarella cheese to cover all. Place under broiler of oven just long enough to melt Mozzarella cheese. Remove, let stand one minute, slice into 1 1/2 inch slices, serve with green salad.
