CHERRY CORDIALS 
1/2 c. butter
4 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
80 maraschino cherries, drained
1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
paraffin

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until soft and fluffy. Blend in milk and flavorings. Shape mixture into 1/2-inch balls around each cherry. Place centers on wax paper and refrigerate until ready to dip in chocolate.

In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and wax. Dip cherries and let set up.
